The fabric has a very subtle oblique "gabardine" stripe structure.
The quality of this beautiful plain linen is excellent for sewing (wide) pants, tunic, blouse, skirt or dress.
This linen is quite flat on delivery, but becomes soft and supple after washing and tumble drying.
After this treatment, the fabric changes and it has an enormously rich and luxurious appearance, as you would expect from an exclusive Italian linen.
The color is white, but on the warm side of white.
